Norton 04615 Speedgrip™ Structural Adhesive (220 mL, Black) is a two-component, high-strength structural bonding adhesive for automotive panel bonding, hem flange attachment, and structural repair on steel, aluminum, SMC, and composite substrates. The Speedgrip system delivers OEM-quality structural bonds where welding is not permitted — required for late-model aluminum panel replacement and per OEM aluminum repair specifications.
Two-component epoxy/urethane chemistry provides tensile and shear bond strength meeting structural repair requirements for collision centers. Static mixing nozzle dispenses fully-blended adhesive from the first bead — no manual mixing, no unmixed streaks. Black color allows inspection of coverage and squeeze-out during panel assembly.
