Warehouse Associate
Full-TimePick, pack, and ship orders for automotive refinish products. Manage inbound receiving, quality checks, and inventory organization. Requires attention to detail and ability to lift 50+ lbs. Forklift certification is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Familiarity with automotive paint and body products a plus

E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator
Full-TimeOwn the day-to-day of our Shopify storefront, email campaigns, and social media presence. Create product listings, manage promotions, write SEO content, and coordinate with our technical team to produce guides and blog content.
- 2+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or Shopify management
- Strong copywriting and product photography skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email platforms
Technical Sales Representative
Full-TimeBuild relationships with collision centers, dealerships, and independent body shops in your territory. Provide product recommendations, conduct demos, and grow accounts. Deep knowledge of automotive refinish products required.
- 3+ years in automotive refinish, collision repair, or related sales
- Working knowledge of abrasives, primers, clear coats, and paint systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
Customer Service Specialist
Full-Time / Part-TimeBe the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Handle order inquiries, process returns, troubleshoot product questions, and ensure every customer has a professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills — phone and written
- Experience with Shopify, Zendesk, or similar platforms a plus
- Automotive or industrial product knowledge preferred
