Norton 23577 40 Grit Zirconia Alumina (BlueFire) Hook & Loop Disc (8", -pack) is a professional automotive abrasive for DA orbital and random orbital sanders in collision repair. BlueFire zirconia alumina self-sharpens as it wears, maintaining cut rate throughout disc life for excellent performance on demanding substrates — body filler, bare metal, and aggressive primer work.
40 grit is ideal for heavy body filler blocking and stock removal. Hook & Loop backing provides fast disc changes and secure attachment at high RPM.
