Mirka AE570180 Autonet P180 Grip Mesh Sanding Roll (4 in x 33 ft, -pack) is built on Mirka's patented open-mesh net backing — the technology that redefined dust management in automotive sanding. Every strand of the net structure serves as an abrasive, and the open mesh passes up to 97% of sanding dust directly to the vacuum system rather than accumulating on the disc surface. The result: virtually dust-free sanding at the point of generation, dramatically cleaner work environments, and significantly longer abrasive life since the disc never loads with swarf.

P180 grit is the standard for primer surfacer sanding and intercoat prep before topcoat. Grip hook-and-loop attachment provides fast one-handed disc changes and secure attachment at DA orbital speeds. Designed for use with Mirka DEROS, PROS, and third-party DA sanders paired with dust extraction.
