Kovax 7782000 Super-Tack Yellow Film Sanding Disc (2000 grit, 6 in, -pack) is a PSA film-backed abrasive disc for DA orbital sanders, engineered for precision clearcoat sanding and pre-polish surface preparation. Yellow film backing provides excellent dimensional stability for consistent scratch depth and uniform scratch patterns — critical for pre-polish work where surface uniformity directly determines polishing speed and final gloss quality.
2000 grit delivers clearcoat surface leveling, orange peel reduction, and light defect removal before DA polishing. PSA attachment creates a firm, vibration-free disc-to-pad bond for consistent, high-quality sanding results throughout the disc's life.
