Kovax 1931535 Super Buflex Dry Flexible Sanding Disc (2000 grit, 6 in, -pack) is Kovax's premium ultra-fine abrasive for dry clearcoat sanding immediately before machine polishing. The Super Buflex leaves a minimal scratch pattern that polishes out in a single machine step — reducing total correction time and compound consumption versus wet sanding approaches that require drying time before polishing can begin.
Dry operation keeps the work surface clean and ready to polish without waiting for moisture to evaporate. 2000 ultra-fine grit removes light orange peel, buffing trails, and minor surface texture while leaving the clearcoat structure intact. Use with a DA orbital sander and interface pad on curved surfaces.
