Kovax 1911532 Super Buflex Dry Flexible Sanding Sheet (2000 grit, 170 x 130 mm, -pack) is Kovax's premium ultra-fine abrasive for dry clearcoat sanding immediately before machine polishing. The Super Buflex leaves a minimal scratch pattern that polishes out in a single machine step — reducing total correction time and compound consumption versus wet sanding approaches that require drying time before polishing can begin.
Dry operation keeps the work surface clean and ready to polish without waiting for moisture to evaporate. 2000 ultra-fine grit removes light orange peel, buffing trails, and minor surface texture while leaving the clearcoat structure intact. Use with a hand block or sanding board for flat panel work.
