Kovax 1911527 Tolecut PSA Block Sanding Sheet (800 grit, 70 x 114 mm, -pack) is Kovax's innovative pre-scored micro-sanding sheet for clearcoat spot repair and paint defect correction. Each sheet is pre-cut into 8 individual sanding segments that tear apart cleanly — providing a fresh abrasive face for each spot repair without waste. The PSA backing mounts directly to the Kovax Toleblock for hand-sanding accuracy on isolated defects.
800 grit removes orange peel and moderate surface defects before progressing to finer grits. Always use wet with water or a light cutting lubricant for best results and longest abrasive life.
