Kovax 1911508 Super Assilex 600 Grit Flexible Dry Sanding Sheet (170 x 130 mm, -pack) is built on Kovax's proprietary ultra-flexible latex backing with precision-graded silicon carbide abrasive and double anti-clogging coating — the world's most advanced dry sanding system for automotive refinishing. Super Assilex delivers an exceptionally shallow, uniform scratch pattern across primer, clearcoat, and topcoat surfaces with minimal risk of cut-through or loading.
The "Super" generation backing is more conformable than conventional sanding sheets — it follows tight body curves, door edges, and compound panel shapes that cause standard abrasives to bridge and leave unsanded areas. Dry operation means no water contamination, no drying wait time, and a clean, inspection-ready surface immediately after sanding. 600 Kovax grade is equivalent to P-600 for primer sanding and paint prep.
