Product Description
Evercoat 632 EverGlass® Fiberglass Reinforced Filler () bridges the gap between standard body filler and structural fiberglass repair. Short glass fibers distributed throughout the polyester matrix provide tensile bridging strength across repair holes, seam transitions, and rust-out areas — preventing the cracking and delamination that standard body filler develops over time when used to bridge gaps or span areas without solid substrate support beneath.
Bonds to bare steel, aluminum, galvanized, and existing fiberglass substrates. Apply over bare metal repairs, rust holes, and seam areas requiring structural fill. After cure, sands and featheredges using the same technique as conventional body filler — no special tooling or finishing process required.
