Evercoat 116 Q Pads™ Filler Mixing Board provides a fresh, clean, non-porous polyethylene mixing surface for every body filler, putty, and two-component repair job. The tear-off pad design eliminates cross-contamination between batches — a critical issue that causes accelerated gel times and inconsistent cure when catalyst residue from previous mixes contaminates subsequent batches on cardboard or paper surfaces.
Non-porous polyethylene prevents the mixing board from absorbing BPO catalyst, which is the primary cause of "hot" filler that gels prematurely and is unworkable before application is complete. Professional technicians who mix on fresh, non-absorbent surfaces get predictable, consistent gel times on every batch.
