3M 37361 Organic Vapor/HEPA Combination Cartridge is a replacement filter cartridge for 3M half and full facepiece respirators. OV/HEPA combination cartridges provide dual protection — organic vapor absorption for solvent vapors and isocyanate components, plus HEPA filtration for paint mist and fine particulates. This is the correct cartridge for automotive painting applications.
