3M 06082 Inspection Spray (1 Gallon) is a surface wetting agent used to temporarily reveal paint defects, sand scratches, cloudiness, and surface imperfections during the inspection phase of collision repair and detailing. Mist lightly on the dry surface — the spray wets out and temporarily enhances gloss, making scratches, hazing, uneven texture, and subsurface imperfections clearly visible that are difficult or impossible to see on a dry surface under normal shop lighting.
